The new Tiny Inklings artbook

I made a new book!
This one is special though, because it was 12 years in the making. And I’m publishing it myself:

It’s the artbook “Tiny Inklings and other ink paintings”, a collection of (almost) all the artworks in colored ink I created since 2014. Many of them have never been printed before and lots of them shown in their original size. Since most of these paintings are very small, the book has a very handy size of 14 x 22 cm. It has 70 interior pages, is bound in hardcover and makes for a very nice retrospective, I think. It also contains all the Tiny Inklings images whose fineart prints have been sold out already.

Self-publishing this book also means that you cannot get it in bookstores, only from me. This supports me much more directly than if we had a publisher in-between. I’ve added it to my catalogue now :)

Ich habe ein neues Buch!
Dieses ist aber etwas Besonderes, denn es brauchte 12 Jahre für sein Entstehen. Und ich veröffentliche es selbst:

Es ist das Artbook “Tiny Inklings und andere Tischebilder”, eine Sammlung von (fast) allen Bildern in farbiger Tusche, die ich seit 2014 kreiert habe. Viele davon wurden vorher noch nie gedruckt und jede Menge werden in Originalgröße gezeigt. Da die meisten Bilder sehr klein sind, hat das Buch eine sehr handliche Größe von 14 x 22 cm bekommen. Es hat 70 Innenseiten, ist als Hardcover gebunden und ergibt eine echt schöne Retrospektive, finde ich. Es enthält auch alle Tiny Inklings Bilder, deren Kunstdrucke schon ausverkauft sind.

Dass ich das Buch selbst verlege, bedeutet auch, dass man es nicht im Buchladen bekommen kann, sondern nur bei mir. Das unterstützt mich auch sehr viel direkter, als wenn wir einen Verlag zwischen uns hätten. Ich habe es jetzt zu meinem Katalog hinzugefügt :)
